As a member of the 68 collective, a writing and media collective run by LSE’s student journalists and activists from 2018 until 2021, Jasper created their website, frequently updating and uploading articles. He also updated their visual identity, including logo, font and color, and contributed to a rebranding on their social media.
The collective was closed in 2021, as it was set up in reaction to censorship by the LSE’s Students Union on their in-house newspaper, aiming to create a free and non-hierarchically organised digital space for critical journalism. As the Students Untion ceased to intervene in student reporting – including on their fund management and electoral processes – the 68 collective decided to dissolve.
